Edward Lee
Edward is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of the website Petrofix.com. Lee’s vision is to introduce finance that will enable individuals and small businesses address an array of economic risks to which they are unexpectedly exposed. He hopes his work will promote a more fiscally and socially responsible society. Before co-founding Petrofix.com, Edward was a quantitative analyst and risk consultant to investment management companies, where he created systems to value financial instruments and measure risk. Edward received his Master’s in Financial Engineering degree from the Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley.
Alex Pabon
Alex co-founded Petrofix in 2007 and leads the marketing and business development efforts. Prior to launching Petrofix, Alex was a USD Short Term Swaps trader at Barclays Capital in New York. There he managed a team of traders in New York and London and helped develop the first fully electronic swaps offerings. Prior to Barclays Capital, Alex was at BNP Paribas in New York. There he traded both interest rate and currency products. Alex is originally from the Dallas area and has undergraduate degree from Texas A&M and a Master's in Financial Engineering from the Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley.
